Dear ALL,
Just want to inform all of you that I am just arrived in my hotel after a whole day of lovating your office but not seen it base on the address indicated in your signature email.as well as to the calling card given by Mr. Anton. At first our problem with you was only the on time upfating but later on we will discover that there is no truthfullness on your updates and now nobody were answerig our email messages as well our phone calls and worst was I can not locate your office. Iam loosing my faith with your company and I am starting to doubt the legitimacy of your operations as well as your company. I alteady told ypu that to tell me the truth in regards to this shio.ent but no to avail. We were losing this big client because of your ineffectiveness. I am stayi g in my hotel till tommorrow 6PM and I want somebody to talk to me or else you will be facing tbe consequences of your ineffectiveness. I am giving you until tomorrow to update me the truth on this shipment (also on the re-exportation) if failed, I will file a complaint and legal case against you and your company in Indo esia and in the Philippines. I mean it.

I'm terribly sorry to hear that. Currently, i'm a client of Mr Anton and i'm experiencing your pain.
I have tried my best to contact him, but it reached a dead end. Wanted to ask you how was your case? was it settled?

Are you for real guys particularly Mr. Kembas Anton. My husband flew all the way from the Philippines to know the real status of his shipment because almost 2 months of ignoring our email & calls to know the real status of the cargoes. According to your last email the cargo has been released but there is a missing box but our staff instructed your team to proceed the delivery while you are looking for the missing box because the items are needed very badly. Now, my husband was there and waited for you the whole day to fetch him because Mr. Anton said one of his staff will arrange a ride for him but waited for nothing. That's why my husband decided to go to your office yesterday Friday but he can not find your office the address in the calling card and in the signature email were different...If you will communicate to us then we will bring this issue to the proper authority!!!!!Be Professional!!!!!

What is the current status of our Import Shipment that you are now handling? You are not giving us any feedback nor update on this. It has been almost 2 months yet the cargo has not yet been delivered to the consignees.
